Frankie Cocozza vows to stalk MIC’s Caggie Dunlop ‘until she loves him’
From rss.feedsportal The 19-year-old playboy has suddenly taken a shine to Caggie, 23, despite her appearances in the much talked about reality show. The smooth operator complimented the pretty blonde on her singing ability via Twitter yesterday. He said: ‘Not a fan of them sort of shows but that Caggie from made in Chelsea has some serious talent #chirps’
Caggie went on to retweet his seal of approval, adding the word ‘yut’ – whatever that means. Taking it as a nod in the right direction, Frankie went on to confess his undying feelings for the talented songstress. ‘@caggie_dunlop I’m going to stalk you until you love me,’ he added. But unfortunately for the Celebrity Big Brother star, Caggie is currently dating a mysterious personal trainer, whom she met in Australia over Christmas.
She fell head over heels for Joel Steel during her trip Down Under, so much so that she even had his initial tattooed on her arm, much to Spencer Matthews’ annoyance.
Caggie has been absent from MIC of late as she focuses on her music career. However, it would appear she has been keeping tabs on the show and her close friend Millie Mackintosh, who has somehow ruffled the feathers of Chelsea’s resident mean girls Rosie Fortescue and Victoria Baker-Harber.
Presumably in a reference to the evil duo and the usual awkward MIC set-ups, Caggie tweeted last night: ‘I hope the witches of cheswick aren’t going tonight @millsmackintosh.’

Pas de dog
From nypost.com Entertainment
Ballet dancer Joaquin De Luz takes his place center stage and throws out his arm melodramatically, gesturing with what will be a bouquet of flowers.
Theyare Nigelas cue.
The cairn terrier jets off, landing squarely in between De Luzas spread legs, front paws on his chest, licking him lovingly and slobbery on the cheek.
aI have some serious acne thanks to you, buddy!a laughs De Luz.
Nigel, 6, has hit his mark. And heall hit it again and again thanks to Bill Berloni, Broadwayas premier animal trainer.
aThe kissing was probably the hardest part,a says Berloni, 55. aHeas one of those macho, funky terriers. Heas just too cool to kiss. A little peanut butter, and weave changed his way of thinking.a
Nigel is in his seventh month of training for his stage debut in this monthas revival of Susan Stromanas aDouble Featurea at the New York City Ballet.
But this isnat Berlonias first pas de chien. Berloni got his start in 1976 while working as a technical apprentice for a regional theater. Strapped for cash, the production offered him an equity card in exchange for finding and training a dog to be the original Sandy in aAnnie.a
aI trained him as I had trained my own pet growing up,a says Berloni. aI created what was a positive reinforcement method of training.a
The success led to a Broadway transfer and for Berloni, a new career.
For the past 36 years, heas trained animals for countless stage productions and revolutionized what people thought dogs were capable of onstage.
aUp until aAnniea a dog had never really played a role in a theater piece. They had been props and sight gags and carry-ons,a he says. aBut nobody had ever thought that an animal could do the same thing eight times a week.a
Through all those productions, though, one thingas never changed: All of the animals Berloni works with extensively onstage, he adopts. As a result, he and his wife now happily reside on a 90-acre Connecticut farm 120 miles from Times Square with 25 dogs, four horses, four chickens, two cats, two llamas, a donkey, a pony and a macaw.
aThe year that you put into getting a dog up to speed for a project, you fall in love with it,a says Berloni. aHe becomes another part of the family.a
Berloni finds most of his afamily membersa through Petfinder.com.
aThe dogs that we use for this type of work really have to enjoy working and wanting to please,a he says. aThis is a dog who will play ball with you for hours. You just keep throwing the ball, heall just keep bringing it back.a
To avoid competition a for both his fatherly love and his masterly praise a Berloni keeps the 25 dogs in four groups: large, medium, small and cairn terriers. (Americaas need for Toto is limitless.)
Each group lives in one of four rooms in the 600-square-foot adog winga Berloni and his wife built three years ago.
aWe rotate them into our living area so they get socialization time throughout the day,a says Berloni, aSome of them sleep with us, some of them watch TV with us, some of them come to the office with us.a
They all go out for relief once every three hours. Breakfast is between 8 and 9 a.m., training time is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner is served promptly at 9 p.m.
aIam the go-between, between what the creators want and what the animals are capable of doing. And then I create whatas possible,a he says.
So when a photographer at rehearsal shouts, aCan you make him jump higher?,a Berlonias on the defense.
aAs an acrobat, he just jumped three times his height, nine times.a
And Nigel wags his tail in agreement.
AP Thriller: I’ll Have Another (9), ridden by Mario Gutierrez, beats Bodemeister, ridden by Mike Smith, to the finish line to win the 137th Preakness Stakes.
BALTIMORE a I’ll Have Another waited a little longer to catch Bodemeister in the stretch this time, and now that he’s done it twice in a row it’s time for a Triple Crown try in the Belmont Stakes in three weeks.
With a breathtaking closing rush, the smooth-striding colt won the Preakness Stakes by a neck at Pimlico Race Course on a sunny Saturday, a dramatic finish that topped his win two weeks ago in the Kentucky Derby.
The race unfolded the same way as the Derby, with the speedy Bodemeister moving to the lead under Mike Smith, with I’ll Have Another hanging back in fourth in the 11-horse field. The early fractions were slower than the Derby, but when it came time for Bodemeister to hang on, I’ll Have Another found another gear under young jockey Mario Gutierrez and ran down trainer Bob Baffert’s horse in the shadow of the wire.
“We’re thinking Triple Crown, baby,” an elated trainer Doug O’Neill said. “He’s a special horse. We’ll see how he comes out of it, and if he comes out of it in good shape, we’re heading to New York, baby.”
It’s been 34 years since Affirmed swept the Derby, Preakness and Belmont and became the 11th and most recent Triple Crown champion. Since then, 11 horses have won the first two legs only to come up short in the Belmont. The most recent try came in 2008, when Big Brown was pulled up around the turn for home and did not finish. Before that, Smarty Jones was run down in the final 70 yards by Birdstone in the 2005 Belmont.
If margins are an indication, perhaps I’ll Have Another has a Triple Crown in his future. Affirmed won the Derby by the identical 1A1/2 lengths over Alydar, and then beat his rival by the same neck margin in the Preakness.
“I didn’t feel confident we were going to get there until 10 yards from the wire,” owner J. Paul Reddam said.
I’ll Have Another, sent off as the second choice at 3-1 over 8-5 favorite Bodemeister, covered the 1 3/16 miles in 1:55.94. The winner returned $8.40, $3.80 and $2.80. Bodemeister returned $3.20 and $2.80, and Creative Cause paid $3.60 to show.
Alternation prevails at Pimlico Special
From nypost.com
BALTIMORE — Establishing himself as the leading older horse in the nation, Alternation swept past front-running Endorsement inside the final furlong, then held off the flying finish of Nehro to win Fridayas Grade 3, $300,000 Pimlico Special by a nose.
Ridden by Luis Quinonez and trained by Donnie Von Hemel, Alternation ran his record to 4-for-4 this year following three stakes victories at Oaklawn Park. Endorsement, the only horse in the field of nine racing without the anti-bleeding medication Lasix, held on for third.
A 5-year-old son of Distorted Humor, Alternation ran the 1 3/16-mile race in 57.60 seconds to pay $10.20. Nehro, who last year finished second in the Louisiana Derby, Arkansas Derby and Kentucky Derby, completed a $91.20 exacta.
Trainer Bob Baffert and jockey Mike Smith better hope Fridayas Grade 2, $300,000 Black-Eyed Susan at Pimlico wasnat a preview of todayas Preakness.
Riding Baffertas Mamma Kimbo, the even-money favorite in a field of nine 3-year-old fillies going 1A1/a miles, Smith shook loose on the lead and set the pace to mid-stretch, when Mamma Kimbo tired and faded to finish fourth as In Lingerie, after stumbling at the start, rallied to win by 1 A1/4 lengths under John Velazquez.
Disposablepleasure, like In Lingerie trained by Todd Pletcher, was along for second.
aThat was a big effort to run 1-2 like that,a Pletcher said. aIam pleasantly happy.a
With her final time a tepid 1:52.07, In Lingerie paid $9.80 keying a $61.80 exacta.

2-quick breakout may make his aDaya
From nypost.com
BALTIMORE a Todayas 137th Preakness Stakes at Pimlico is going to be a barn-burner from the moment the gates spring open.
So says Barry Irwin, president of the Team Valor International stable that owns Went the Day Well, a solid contender in the 1 3/16-mile middle jewel of the Triple Crown after flying home for fourth despite a nightmare trip in the Kentucky Derby.
Irwin expects Bodemeister, second in the Derby after setting a wicked pace into the deep stretch, and Iall Have Another, who came from off the pace to win the Derby by 1 1/2 lengths, to lock horns early in the Preakness. Hopefully, he says, that will set the table for Went the Day Well to pick up the pieces under John Velazquez.
aThis is what I think is going to happen,a Irwin told The Post. a[Bob] Baffert [trainer of Bodemeister] is going to tell his jock [Mike Smith] to set the pace, but to try to slow it down as much as possible.
aDoug OaNeill [trainer of Iall Have Another] is going to tell his jock [Mario Gutierrez] to put as much pressure on Bodemeister as possible.
aWhen you get two high-class horses like that hooking up, theyare going to go faster than they should. For me, thatas the best-case scenario, and they set it up for my horse.a
PREAKNESS BETTOR’S GUIDE
Gutierrez, a 25-year-old native of Veracruz, Mexico, had never ridden in a Triple Crown race before the Derby, and he was widely praised for working out a perfect trip from post 19. But Irwin does see that happening again.
aAs brilliant as that kid rode the Derby winner, I think heas in a position to have a [meltdown],a Irwin said. aThereas a lot of pressure on this kid now. When he won the Derby, he was under the radar. Nobody knew who he was. Now everybody knows who he is. And I think the chances of him doing the right thing two times in a row [are low].
aJocks more famous than him, with more experience than him, have messed up in a race like this.a
There have been some memorable speed duels in the Preakness between the two betting favorites that left them gasping in the stretch, allowing a longshot to run past them and capture the Black-Eyed Susans.
In 1976, Derby runner-up Honest Pleasure chased Derby winner Bold Forbes through suicidal splits of :45 and 1:09, to the benefit of Elocutionist, third in the Derby, who rallied to win the Preakness at 10-1.
Then in 1988, after the filly Winning Colors won the Derby gate-to-wire, Derby runner-up Forty Niner blazed to the early lead in the Preakness with Winning Colors battling him every step. Those two ground each other into defeat as Risen Star, a closing third in the Derby, charged past them to win at 6-1.
aMy horse has to break, though,a Irwin said. aHe is a lousy gate horse so far. If he gets out [of the gate fast], weare live. If he doesnat get out, then heas got a big challenge.
aThe pressure in this race is on Doug OaNeill. When you watch TV sports and they talk about the pressure of being on top, this is real pressure here. Youare talking about a Triple Crown, and heas the only one in the race that can press [Bodemeister].
aWhen you get really good horses that are sharp like these horses, there can be some real fireworks. It should be a helluva race.a

My New York: Andy Cohen
From nypost.com
aReal Housewivesa instigator Andy Cohen, aka host of aWatch What Happens Livea on Bravo, isnat afraid to pry. Who else would ask Mary J. Blige who shead aswim in the lady pond witha or whether Daniel Radcliffe would read aloud lusty aHairy Pottera fan fiction? (By the way, Charlize Theron and ayes,a respectively.) When heas not at the Bravo Clubhouse in SoHo, Cohen, who recently released a memoir, aMost Talkative: Stories From the Front Lines of Pop Culture,a might be hunting down a cute tie at Jack Spade or enjoying a cocktail at athe most beautiful room in the city,a the Top of the Standard. But donat expect to see the West Villager jogging alongside a Housewife in his spare time. aItas church and state,a says Cohen, 43. This is his New York.
1 Bonsignour, 35 Jane St., at Eighth Avenue
aIave been going for years. I love their wheat blueberry muffins in the morning. When I was stir-crazy writing my book at my house, I would take my computer there and try to work a little bit. Itas a really small place. Itas very, very neighborhood.a
2 Tinyas, 135 West Broadway, between Duane and Thomas streets
aI love Tinyas a Sean Avery is one of the owners. I go there sometimes after my show to meet him. Heas there a fair amount. I like hanging out with him and his hockey friends. Itas like an alternate universe. They have great chicken there, [but] typically if I go after the show, I just go for a cocktail.a
3 Manleyas Wine & Spirits, 35 Eighth Ave., between Jane and Fourth streets
aI think itas the best wine-and-liquor store in town. First of all, itas just gorgeous from the outside. And they deliver, too, but I usually go in. Right now, Iad probably be getting some rosA(c) because itas summer.a
4 Bedlam, 40 Avenue C, between Third and Fourth streets
aI DJed there the night before my New Yearas Eve special in 2010. I typically go heavy the night before acause New Yearas Eve thereas too much pressure and it never pans out. I treated that night like it was New Yearas Eve. Unfortunately, I had to host this show the next night, so I was in questionable shape.a
5 Cubbyhole, 281 W. 12th St., at Fourth Street
aItas a lesbian bar, but I love it because you can take anybody there. Straight guys want to go there, gay guys want to go there, girls want to go there because theyare intrigued. It works for everybody. If Iam going to go out for a drink after my show, Iam going there. Itas just got a great vibe and energy. Thereas always good music, and it just feels like a little house party.a
6 Will Space, 254 W. 10th St., at Hudson Street
aI work out at Will Space four times a week. Itas a private-training gym. Itas owned by my trainer, Will Torres (near left). I just came from there, actually. I turned Mark Consuelos onto Will, so he goes there too. Today we boxed. Itas every kind of cross-training you can do.a
7 Good, 89 Greenwich Ave., between 12th and Bank streets
aIave been going there for years with my friend [actor] John Benjamin Hickey, who is a neighbor. I absolutely love low-key restaurants. Itas been there for years, and I love the fish tacos. Theyare just yummy. Itas just easy, and thereas no crazy setting. The name is fitting. I would go before a [taping of my] show.a
8 Li-Lac Chocolates, 40 Eighth Ave., at Jane Street
aItas my favorite chocolate place in the city. The windows are fun to walk by and be reminded of the season, and whatas happening in the world. I love their little homemade dark chocolate drops. I always keep them in my freezer. Amy Sedaris turned me onto it.a
Hudson River
aI really like running by the river, especially in the morning. I run from Horatio Street down just past Battery Park City and back. Itas amazing to run and see the Statue of Liberty and the ferries coming in. People think if youare not near Central Park, thereas nowhere to go, but thereas a whole ecosystem happening down here.a

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC HOME ENTERTAINMENT TO UNLEASH THIRD SEASON OF NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL’S HIT ‘DOGTOWN’ SERIES ON DVD OCT. 27
From press.nationalgeographic WASHINGTON (Aug. 11, 2009)–Following the success of the season one and two DVDs of “DogTown,” National Geographic will bring back the friendly faces of Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and its resilient canine wards for a third time in “DogTown: Friends in Need,” available Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009, on shopNGvideos.com, in stores where videos are sold or by calling (800) 627-5162. Featuring 10 new episodes detailing the transformation of rejected, misfit dogs into adoptable pets with a second chance at life, the three-disc standard-definition set also includes the bonus programs “Archie and Electra’s New Run,” “Rescue Dogs” and a primer on Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. “DogTown: Friends in Need” is available for pre-order now. In season two, viewers watched the amazing rehabilitation of the Michael Vick dogs at Dogtown, the last-hope shelter that’s part of the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, the largest facility for homeless animals in the country. Here, dedicated vets, caregivers and trainers tackle cases most deem too difficult. “It just takes a lot of patience, a lot of TLC … and a pocket full of chicken!” says dog care manager and trainer John Garcia. “DogTown: Friends in Need” introduces viewers to some of the sanctuary’s most challenging cases to date — Aristotle, a scab-covered terrier mix rescued from a hoarding situation; Waylon, an aggressive chow mix that lashes out unpredictably; Rush, a traumatized shepherd mix airlifted from a Middle Eastern war zone; and Gertie, a puppy-mill shih tzu that snorts. On the front lines along with Garcia are dog care manager Michelle Besmehn; veterinarians Dr. Michael Dix and Dr. Patti Lampietro; and trainers Sherry Woodard, Pat Whitacre and Ann Allums. Episodes include: “DogTown: The Survivors” “DogTown: Against the Odds” “DogTown: Starting Over” “DogTown: New Hope” “DogTown: A Fighting Chance” “DogTown: A Fresh Start” “DogTown: Will to Survive” “DogTown: Life After Dogtown” “DogTown: Rescue and Renewal” “DogTown: Friends in Need” This fall, National Geographic will publish the long-awaited companion book, “DOGTOWN: Tales of Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Redemption,” by Stefan Bechtel (National Geographic Books; ISBN 978-1-4262-0562-0; 320 pages, 50 black & white photographs, $26; Oct. 27, 2009). Capital Online Revenue Introduces Innovate Business Education Techniques
As an alternative to more traditional methods of learning about business and commerce, Capital Online Revenue introduces a new “earn and learn” training program.
Though business colleges remain in great supply, more and more Americans are turning to alternative sources of training and education, particularly during these days of economic upset and uncertainty. The simple truth is that with layoffs so prevalent and incomes so unsteady, investing in a full-time business education simply isn’t a viable option for many entrepreneurs. Instead, they are looking to business training modules that allow for on-the-job training, providing a way to master the tools of the trade even while making a profit. Capital Online Revenue continues to spearhead this movement with the introduction of its new “earn-and-learn” business training techniques.
Different from both traditional business education courses and even other online endeavors, Capital Online Revenue is a service that extends to customers a wealth of resources for learning about online business. What makes Capital Online Revenue services unique, however, is the fact that its training techniques are implemented in real-time. In other words, customers are both learning about online business and establishing their own online business both at the same time.
Though the notion of a make-money-online opportunity is hardly new, the methods being introduced by Capital Online Revenue are unlike anything yet devised by its competitors. What makes this service different is the emphasis it places on its training aspects. Though the long-term goal is for customers to establish their own online business, this comes hand-in-hand with an array of training resources and materials that include not only tutorial videos, but also a unique training component that includes one-on-one coaching from a team of live experts. Capital Online Revenue extends these services through a variety of media, including online chat, e-mail, and phone.
Capital Online Revenue introduction of these features has already met with enthusiasm from its current customer base. The service continues to define its niche, appealing to retirees, stay-at-home-parents, and working professionals who simply lack the time or resources necessary to attend more conventional business classes.
